TERIS Hires Adam Wells as VP of eDiscovery Services for its San Diego office

TERIS San Diego announced today that it has hired Adam Wells as Vice President of eDiscovery Services for Southern California. In assuming this new position for the company, Wells provides clients with strategic direction and best practice guidance across the EDRM at critical points. Along with a dedicated team of account reps, Wells is responsible for delivering consistent quality projects to clients that ensure cost containment and risk mitigation, while adhering to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP).

“Adam’s experience in the evolving best practices for eDiscovery makes him a key addition to our team,” said Patrick Connolly, Managing Partner, TERIS San Diego. “TERIS has a keen understanding of the increasing demands our clients face with eDiscovery challenges. We need talented professionals such as Adam to help us continue to provide top technology solutions that provide clients with amazing results.”

Wells has worked in the eDiscovery/Litigation Support space for nearly a decade. Prior to joining TERIS, he served as the lead eDiscovery Project Manager for Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, LLP, the largest securities class-action law firm in the world. In that capacity, Adam formulated and implemented eDiscovery plans for top firm clients and shareholders, encompassing each stage of the EDRM. Working directly with corporate and fund counsel and IT staff, Adam oversaw the large-scale collection of ESI and worked with clients on Early Case Assessment.

Prior to his work at Robbins Geller, Adam served as a Litigation Technology Analyst in a large international law firm in Washington DC, after which he ran the Litigation Support department at a boutique defense firm in San Diego.

Wells also works closely with TERIS’ CTO to develop and evaluate strategic technology partnerships in order to ensure TERIS’ clients have the most efficient and effective discovery technologies at their disposal.

Wells is a graduate of The George Washington University and Georgetown University, where he studied the intersection of digital technology, culture, and business. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
