Portland-based Exterro hosted a one-hour webinar this week, “E-Discovery Sanctions, Legal Holds & Social Media Trends,” featuring Ronald Hedges , a retired U.S. magistrate court judge for the district of New Jersey, and Ropes & Gray senior e-discovery attorney Sara Meyers.
The program was one of a series of seven regional webcasts offered this spring and summer, presented live and is also available on demand.
