  • Hubstreet is a networking site for lawyers and other related professionals

  • Transactionspace aims to make the deal-making process more efficient, intuitive and transparent

  • MyCorporateResource.com aggregates thousands of client alerts, briefing papers and memoranda on corporate, regulatory and industry issues
