Leading West Coast eDiscovery Firm TERIS Adds Pamela Ringer-Britz as Case Manager
TERIS Bay Area announced today that it has hired Pamela Ringer-Britz as a Case Manager for the Bay Area and Seattle offices. In accepting the position, Ringer-Britz brings her fresh and diverse perspective to eDiscovery project management while working with the company’s largest healthcare client. She brings to TERIS more than 10 years of experience in the IT field, most recently as a Project Manager at SFL Data where she worked with corporate clients, outside counsel and review teams in providing technical data solutions for eDiscovery application. TERIS continues to see a remarkable uptick in its eDiscovery business on the West coast thus far in 2012.
“Pamela has a depth of experience in technology solutions, boosting workflow, and eDiscovery, which is becoming more and more of a hot button topic in the litigation world,” Kevin Brooks, President, TERIS Washington and California, said. “I speak for the entire company when I say that we could not be more thrilled to have Pamela join our team. TERIS is quickly proving that we provide a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and skill for our clients through the people we employ. We are confident in Pamela’s abilities and only see her going up in our company.”
Ringer-Britz possesses a strong technical logic base, sharing knowledge in a variety of different technology disciplines including hardware, software, and cloud solutions. Coupling simple, straightforward communication skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, she has excelled in finding her client’s true needs and delivering a product that is useful, easy to understand, and, most importantly, meets critical goals and expectations.
Ringer-Britz has worked previously with large tech-heavy litigations that included areas of focus on patent infringement and intellectual property. Before taking on her position as Project Manager at SFL Data, she worked with Intel providing technology and components solutions for engineering and development in visual computing graphics. She also assisted in the development of UI for database tools and the restructuring of internal workflow. Pamela has led and created concepts that have been utilized across company-wide tracking systems, creating collaborative and effective communications for operational components. She can jump into a wide variety of situations, ask the right questions, and restructure handling to drive results.
“As the leading litigation support firm on the West Coast, TERIS has a reputation and a high standard of quality it needs to maintain,” Brooks said. “Our clients depend on our experience and expertise to help them overcome significant challenges during litigation. Pamela has all the requirements to easily integrate into our family, and clients will find that her unique professional background will be a great strength for TERIS’s plans for enhancing our customer support.”
Ringer-Britz received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2008 with concentrations in Investigations, Logic, and Sociology at California State University in Sacramento. She also is a member of Lambda Alpha Epsilon and participated in the Sacramento State Marching Band.
