EDiscovery industry expert Kelli Clark, Esq. joins TERIS as Director of Professional and Litigation Services
TERIS announced today that leading eDiscovery and litigation matter expert Kelli Clark, Esq. joined the firm as its new Director of Professional and Litigation Services. Clark has been involved in the eDiscovery industry for 8 years, during which time she has managed hundreds of large-scale eDiscovery projects and managed client services, consulting and technical teams. As a subject matter expert, Clark has been a speaker on eDiscovery topics at CLE courses and seminars throughout the US and Europe, and has been called upon to provide testimony regarding e-discovery procedures and best practices.

Clark comes to TERIS from Applied Discovery, where she served as the Director of Support and Resolution, overseeing teams of consultants, engineers, project managers and vendor relations managers. At TERIS, Clark will be responsible for overseeing the company’s consulting and project management groups and will also work closely with the electronic sales group.
Prior to joining Applied Discovery in 2004, Clark was an associate at Cooper White and Cooper LLP in San Francisco, and later worked in the eDiscovery group at the Seattle office of Preston Gates and Ellis LLP. A member of the Washington State Bar Association, Clark received her BA from the University of Iowa with honors, and her JD from Cornell Law School. During law school, she served as a clerk for Chief Judge Frederick Scullin of the Northern District of New York.
